How do I order sweets from NJS?

First, you must complete the NJS order form. After your order is approved by NJS staff, a non-refundable deposit of 20 percent must be made to secure order and service date. The remaining balance is due seven (7) days before delivery or pickup is scheduled.

Note: All orders must be approved by a NJS staff member. All sales are final unless otherwise noted.

How do I pay for my NJS order?

At NJS, we accept cash, debit/credit, PayPal, Square and Zelle payments. An invoice will be provided with a link to pay your deposit and order balance.

How soon should I order from NJS?

All custom cake orders must be ordered at least two weeks in advance. All other items require at least a 48-hour lead-time. Rush fees will be assessed on a case-by-case basis when applicable.

Does NJS offer tastings and consultations?

Yes, we do! Tastings are $75 per person, and include a one-hour zoom consultation with up to three flavor choices. Business consultations start at $99, and include a one-hour zoom call.

Does NJS deliver?

Yes. All deliveries within a 15-mile radius are $25. Additional miles are billed at $0.90 per mile.

Does NJS ship?

YES ! There is a $25 fee for priority shipping which takes care of packaging as well as the shipping fee. Please allow 48 hours processing of your order once received ( not including delivery). Delivery date is not guaranteed but typically arrives within 3 days of your order being received by the shipping company. Banana pudding, cheesecakes, and peach cobbler require overnight shipping. Rates apply

What ingredients do NJS use?

All cakes and sweets contain nuts, dairy and/or gluten.
